Processed "Foods"

 

Educate Yourself on reading labels - Basically if you don't know what the ingredients are - put it back.  If the ingredient list is long - put it back.  These toxins build up in our bodies over time and can contribute to a state of being Unwell.

An interesting this to know is there are over 10,000 chemicals that are listed as G.R.A.S.  (Generally Recognized as Safe) by the FDA that do not have to be listed on the back of any packaged "foods".  So what are we really getting ??????            

 I don't know about you.......but I want everything that we consume as food to be Safe not just "Generally Recognized" as Safe.
