Why you should retrain your breathing

By taking the program, you are going to the root of your problem, working with your body's natural ability to heal. Commit to the long haul of better health instead of deteriorating health and poor quality of life. Put the effort in now and you will reap the rewards for the rest of your life.

Breathing is the most important thing we can do. The whole body will respond with greater health and vitality when proper breathing is restored.              In this program you will be assessed to determine where the problems lie – posture, bio-mechanics of muscle movement, volume of air, rate, pattern, etc.   We also look at contributing factors such as how you move, what you eat, drink and physical exercise

This is a series of breathing exercises that restores healthy breathing patterns. When breathing healthy symptoms start to decrease and your need for some medications may also decrease. As you start feeling better you will develop a stronger immune system and being active will become easier.

The Breathing Retraining  - Group classes $500.00 - Private classes $700.00

Package includes:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            -  consultation/registration                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          - 10 hour course broken down into 5 classes.  Each class is 2 hours long either in a small group situation or privately.                                                                       - Extensive workbook                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   - Homework each day, involving breathing exercises, awareness activities, strategies for improved breathing while asleep and using your breathing       more efficiently while exercising. For most people, as your new healthier habits of breathing become established, doing the formal exercises is no longer required. You only need to return to them if stress overwhelms your breathing and you realize you have returned to poor breathing habits.                             -  follow-up. A scheduled telephone call 2 weeks after the course to see how you are improving, any troubleshooting, answering questions, and     discussion as to how to further improve. More follow-up calls are available as needed for up to a year.                                                                                               -  refresher. You can return to do a refresher class as needed for one year at no additional cost to you following original class.                                                     -  on-going support. Through email or telephone for one year.
